Minna & Matiya (coming 2022-2023)

Minna and Matiya is a video installation and live-feed performance piece that follows two performers engaged in a series of conflictual interactions. A female and male protagonist argue, taunt each other, and mirror each other in a series of archetypes; saint and provocateur, sex addict and aesthetic, rebel teenager and martyr, Red State talk show host and radical second wave feminist. The actors will be choreographed in a series of actions to frame their arguments, songs and chants.
